Bought a game which doesn't work in your console, but thought it would?
The game you purchased as a gift for someone, but was the wrong one?
Bought wrong game by mistake?
No problems. You can return it.
You can return any item*, as long as its in same original working condition.
All our items are checked and are in working condition before be post to you. Therefore please ensure you read all our terms and conditions regarding "Items condition" before purchasing. Some variation may be visible due to the conditions of each item. Each item is checked and graded on their appearance and condition. The grading of these items are up to ENTAYA JAPANS discretion. Once you receive your items, please check and test items, and ensure they are in working order.
We are not responsible for any damages or items lost during transit. Please contact your local post office services regarding these issues.
You may return within 30 days after you have received item. If 30 days have gone by since you have received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Game digital code cannot be returned/refunded. We also do not accept products that are no longer working due to customers use.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will not refund under the conditions of the following;
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, software, video game, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Change of Mind Purchases
We do not accept returns, exchanges, credits or any kind of refund for change of mind purchases.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning items, you will need to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be reliable for loss, damage or lost items when being sent back to us, from you; either from the customer or postage service.
